'Developing a passion for reading'
'Reading for Pleasure' programme aims at helping teachers make class-story time part of their routine and spark that life-long love of reading and a passion for books among learners.
The programme includes:
- A set of books carefully selected for each level: award winning picture books, fiction and chapter books as well as well known authors.
- The books promote the development of different skills necessary for language learning. - It also aims at teaching critical thinking through reading/art.
- The titles focus on values, the environment, art and topics appropriate to each level/interests.
- Suggested activities for teachers.
- Teacher training according to levels.
Primary Level

Secondary Level
